Mission
Interaction Expert Naval recruits a Vessel Manager M/F to work for its client, a leading owner and ship manager of container vessels worldwide.
As a Vessel Manager, you are responsible for the efficient operation of the 4 ships assigned. You are a member of the Ship Management Team and you will operate in accordance to the Company procedures and best ship management practices, whilst giving absolute regard to safety of life at sea and protection of the environment always. You are responsible for ensuring health and safety is adhered to at all times.
Permanent contract based in Marseille.
Annual remuneration to be negotiated + bonus + luncheon voucher
Education & Knowledge:
- Recognized marine engineering or naval architecture degree qualification
- Good understanding of shore-based activities and implications surrounding the role (application/interview)
- Able to administer technical and budgetary requirements
- Abreast of the latest rules and regulation including technologies available for safe and efficient running the vessels
- Competent using Microsoft office and other computer software
Working Experience:
- Min 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. Experience in handling LNG / Dual Fuel vessels desired.
- Prior sailing exp as Chief Engineer on ocean going vessels. Experience on LNG / Dual Fueled (Methanol) desired.
- Prior experience in managing dry docking of vessel
- Candidate should have good knowledge of PMS and SMS system
Salaire : de 70000EUR à 90000EUR par ANNEE + primes, tickets restaurant
